Usage of the AI model itself is billed by the provider — for most small-business uses a few euros to a few dozen euros a month. You get an estimate upfront.
Careful with your data
- Business API terms from the major AI providers, so your data is not used to train models
- Only the data that is needed goes to the model; the rest stays in your own systems
- A chatbot always makes clear that it is an AI
- A human reviews anything important before it goes out
- A log of everything the AI did, so you can check and adjust
