Who I am
Aqlomate (Box G1338, Strevelsweg 700/303, 3083 AS Rotterdam, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce 84461772) handles your personal data with care. Below you can read which data I process and why.
Which data
When you fill in the contact form, I receive your name, email address, (optionally) company name, project type, indicative budget, your message and any file you attach, such as an Excel sheet. Only include data needed to understand your question. If you contact me via WhatsApp, email or phone, I process the details you share there.
What for
I use this data only to respond to your request and, if you wish, to make a proposal. The legal basis is your consent and my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Retention
I keep requests no longer than necessary: at most 12 months after the last contact, unless an assignment follows and legal retention obligations apply.
Third parties
The website is hosted via Cloudflare. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a spam check without tracking. Messages are delivered by email through an email service. These parties only process data on my behalf. I never sell your data.
Cookies
This website sets no tracking or marketing cookies and uses no analytics that follow you. The interactive image on the homepage reacts to your mouse, but stores nothing about it.
Your rights
You can view, correct or delete your data by emailing [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
